Requirements ✅ Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field . ✅ 2+ years of experience in Systems Administration on Windows Server products . ✅ Additional knowledge of Networking and Firewall products & services is preferable. ✅ Above average communication & presentation skills to provide relevant and informative reports and documentation. ✅ Methodical, punctual and detail oriented in approach. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Provide Systems Administration support to user’s related to products sold by us at Customer Site or Sites 🔹 Collaborate with the in-house technical team and customer’s technical team , to resolve customer issues based on priorities assigned. 🔹 Maintain and provide periodic reports of activities carried out. 🔹 Ensure adherence to company as well as customer health, safety & environment policies. Skills Required Ø Technical skills: ✔️ System Administration – on Windows Server technologies in enterprise environment. ✔️ Additional Knowledge: Understanding and hands-on experience on Networking products & technologies will be highly valued. Ø Soft Skills: ✔️ Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Clear & professional interaction with customers and teams. ✔️ Teamwork & Collaboration: Working efficiently with internal & external technical teams. ✔️ Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Keen understanding of customer site and location to provide valuable inputs for upcoming opportunities.
