Job Description

ob Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving student admissions, generating leads, building relationships with schools, colleges, and students, and promoting the institute’s educational programs. The role involves both field and telephonic sales to meet admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Follow-up

  • Identify and approach potential students through various channels (calls, visits, online campaigns, and walk-ins).
  • Maintain a database of prospective leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and college outreach programs to promote courses.
  • Admissions & Counselling

  • Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and training benefits to students and parents.
  • Guide them through the admission process and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  • Institutional & Corporate Tie-ups

  • Visit schools, colleges, and universities to build partnerships and promote certification programs.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions for workshops, awareness sessions, and student engagement activities.
  • Marketing & Promotion

  • Support marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and social media outreach.
  • Distribute brochures, posters, and other promotional materials.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team for improving campaigns.
  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain good rapport with students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Handle queries and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Collect feedback from students post-enrollment to improve service quality.
  • Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the training and operations team for smooth student onboarding.
  • Provide input to management on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months –2 years of experience in education sales, admissions, or training promotion.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of leads generated and converted.
  • Monthly admissions achieved vs. target.
  • Number of institutional tie-ups.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
