Title: Technical Sales Engineer Location: Panchkula Vacancy: 04 Qualifications & Experience: Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or Graduate with Marketing/Sales specialization Experience: 3-7 years in sales/marketing of electrical components or industrial safety products Freshers with relevant academic background and communication skills may also apply Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer with strong knowledge of electrical systems, including VCB, ACB, HT/LT Panels, Substations, and Safety Equipment. The candidate will be responsible for business development, technical support, and sales of electrical products and solutions to industrial and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical products such as VCB, ACB, HT/LT panels, substations, and safety equipment. Understand customer requirements, propose suitable solutions, and prepare techno-commercial offers. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations for clients. Coordinate with design/engineering teams for customized solutions and quotations. Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users. Prepare and submit proposals, tender documentation, and price negotiations. Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the electrical industry. Provide post-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction. Regular site visits to understand project requirements and support installations. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred). 3–7 years of experience in technical sales/business development in the electrical field. Strong knowledge of VCB, ACB, HT/LT Panels, Substations, Switchgear, and Safety Equipment. Ability to read electrical drawings and understand technical specifications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tendering processes. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Key Competencies: Technical expertise in power distribution and protection systems. Customer-focused with problem-solving approach. Strong networking with consultants, EPC contractors, and end-users. Result-oriented and self-motivated.
