Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.   Responsibilities:   Project Management: Manage end-to-end execution of electrical/electronics projects (e.g., power distribution, automation systems, control panels, energy management, etc.). Review technical specifications, drawings, and site requirements. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely project delivery. Track project progress using tools like MS Project/Primavera and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Ensure compliance with electrical standards (e.g., IS, IEC) and safety regulations. Handle client communication and resolve technical issues on-site. Tender Management: Study tender documents including BOQ, specifications, and drawings. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and costing teams. Ensure timely submission of tenders for government (CPWD, MES, PSUs) and private projects. Maintain and update the tender tracking system. Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare clarification documents. Follow up on tender results and participate in contract negotiations.   Key Skills & Qualifications:   Experience: Minimum 5 years in project execution and tendering in electrical/electronics industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems (e.g., HT/LT panels, transformers, PLC, SCADA, wiring systems, etc.). Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Knowledge of government e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, etc.) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.   Preferred Certifications: PMP / Prince2 / Electrical Supervisor License (if applicable). Familiarity with ISO, IEC, and BIS standards.
