Technical Report Reviewer

Scheme Specific Responsibilities:

• Technical and final review of files- Review and validate the Inspection reports to identify the
administrative and technical errors in reports.• Provide feedback to Inspectors, Managers about the administrative and technical errors inreports• Monitoring technical reviewers daily task allocated updates.• Sending reviewed reports to clients.• Update inspection details on web platform like Tracenet, Siebel, OID, traces etc.• Meet KPI for Technical Report Review.• MIS to Scheme Manager – Review.• Suggest improvement in the process, IFI; SOP other supporting documents, identified duringreview.• Excellent knowledge of word and excel.• Communicate with Regional Certification team, clients and Inspectors• Communicate with coordinator for non-technical issues e.g. report submission to client, etc• Communicate with client and sending emails with daily requirement basis and should have thebase knowledge on Organic Certification and Tracenet.• Basic understanding of databases and Agriculture crop yields.• Transfer data from paper formats into database systems• Create and manage spreadsheets and compile the data project wise.• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.• Update existing data

• Produce reports and retrieve data as requested
• Achieve Daily and monthly Goal assigned by Scheme Manager• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation• Sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data, maintaining files.• Any other responsibility assigned by N+1

Qualification and Experience:

• Post Graduate degree or Graduate degree or equivalent in Agriculture.• At least 2 years' Organic Certification experience.• Knowledge of Tracenet Organic traceability system of APEDA, OID, Traces platform
