We’re expanding our India team and looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and motivated IT Recruiter to join our fast-growing organisation. 💡 What You'll Do: To excel as a Technical Recruiter hiring for IT clients, a strong blend of technical understanding, communication skills, and recruitment expertise is essential. Here are the key mandate skills: Technical Acumen and Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT Roles and Technologies: This is paramount. You don't need to be a developer, but you must have a solid grasp of: Programming languages: (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, Ruby) and their common applications. Frameworks and libraries: (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django). Databases: (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB). Cloud platforms: (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services. Awareness of Industry Trends: The IT landscape evolves rapidly. A good technical recruiter stays updated on: Emerging technologies and their applications. In-demand skills and those becoming obsolete. Market compensation rates for different IT roles. Hiring trends and challenges in the tech sector. Ability to Assess Technical Competence: While not conducting deep technical interviews, you should be able to: Understand technical resumes and identify key skills and experience. Ask insightful qualifying questions to gauge a candidate's practical experience and problem-solving abilities. Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and help design effective technical assessments. Candidate Screening & Evaluation:Resume Screening: Quickly and accurately identifying relevant skills and experience. Interviewing Techniques: Conducting effective initial phone/video screenings to assess technical fit, soft skills, and cultural alignment. Behavioral Interviewing: Asking questions that reveal a candidate's past behavior as an indicator of future performance. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication: Articulating complex technical requirements clearly to candidates. Crafting compelling and accurate job descriptions. Providing clear and concise updates to both candidates and clients. Active listening to truly understand candidate motivations and client needs 🧩 What You Bring: ✔ 2–4 years of IT recruitment experience (Preferred Staffing) ✔ Strong understanding of tech roles – developers, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, etc. ✔ Proven experience using sourcing platforms like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. ✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills ✔ Bachelor’s degree preferred Show more Show less
