Technical Recruiter / Senior Technical Recruiter (Immediate joiners )

Job Title: Technical Recruiter / Senior Technical Recruiter Experience: 2 to 8 Years Location: Remote / Onsite (Both acceptable) Notice Period: Immediate to 2 weeks preferred Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter / Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, with exposure to Healthcare staffing as an added advantage. Key Responsibilities : Source and screen candidates for IT and Healthcare roles (RN, LPN, Physician, Lab Technicians, Surgical/Scrub Tech, etc.). Utilize LinkedIn, networking sites, and unpaid boards for sourcing candidates rather than relying solely on paid job boards. Make 70-80 calls per day as per business requirements. Maintain a consistent track record of 2-3 candidate submissions daily and at least 1 candidate start per month (to be validated via incentive payslips). Manage bulk requirements efficiently. Work on both W2 and C2C staffing models (approx. 50-50% split). Maintain and utilize an existing database of IT/Healthcare candidates (highly preferred). Ensure employment stability and avoid candidates with frequent job changes (less than 7-8 months per employer). Desired Candidate Profile: 2 to 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably with Implementation Partners such as HCL, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, or Accenture (HCL preferred). Proven experience with IT recruitment; Healthcare recruitment experience is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and confidence. Ability to join within 0-2 weeks (highly preferred). Prior experience in staffing with W2 and C2C models. Ability to work independently and handle bulk hiring needs. Demonstrated ability to use LinkedIn and other social platforms effectively for candidate sourcing.
