*This is a work-from-home job.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, building a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring manager and stakeholders to understand technical hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for various technical positions using job boards, professional networks, social media, and ATS tools.
  • Conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and candidate suitability.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
  • Leverage ATS tools and databases to track candidate progress and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with expertise in sourcing and hiring for IT/technical roles.
  • Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and terminologies across front-end, back-end, cloud, and niche technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in bulk hiring, drive coordination, and campus recruitment.
  • Exposure to niche skill hiring and headhunting techniques.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.
  • Certifications in recruitment or HR-related domains are a plus.
