Key Responsibilities: Receive, label, and process donor blood samples and units. Perform quality control procedures and maintain proper documentation. Maintain accurate records of all testing and component preparation. Store and inventory blood and blood components according to regulatory requirements. Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring calibration and cleanliness. Comply with all safety procedures, infection control protocols, and laboratory best practices. Communicate with clinical and hospital staff regarding product availability and compatibility. Participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and staff training. Who Can Apply? Diploma or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent is preferred 1-3 years of experience Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Perform staining procedures and ESR test. Responsible for sending all the samples to the respective department for processing. Responsible for the minimum cleanliness as hygienic conditions.
