Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for technical positions. Key tasks include developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates, using social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand job specifications. The Technical Recruiter will also manage the candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Qualifications Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Strong understanding of technical roles and required skills Proficiency in using social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred Previous experience in technical recruiting is a plus Show more Show less
