Operations Engineer

As an Operations Engineer at our company based in Vadodara, you will be an integral part of the Information Security team, responsible for ensuring the security and resilience of our systems and data. Your main areas of focus will include: IT Operations Management: You will be overseeing critical processes such as patching, vulnerability management, and incident response to maintain the security and resilience of our systems. Security Monitoring & Threat Detection: Utilizing tools like Microsoft Sentinel for security event monitoring and CrowdStrike for endpoint threat detection, you will play a crucial role in staying ahead of potential risks. Access & Certificate Management: Your responsibilities will include conducting regular user access reviews and managing PKI certificates to uphold robust security practices for our infrastructure. Server & Network Stability: Proactively monitoring our server and network infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents will be essential to ensure system uptime and performance. Collaboration & Coordination: You will collaborate closely with internal teams for patching and updates, as well as manage relationships with third-party vendors to meet operational requirements effectively. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in IT operations, possess knowledge of security best practices, and be familiar with tools like SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel) and EDR (CrowdStrike). Relevant certifications will be advantageous, and a proactive and analytical problem-solving approach is highly valued.
