Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans tailored to meet these needs effectively. - Translate technical job requirements into compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns. - Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles using various methods like job boards, networking, and social media. - Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and arrange subsequent interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. - Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future vacancies and stay updated with the latest trends in aerospace technology and recruitment practices. - Manage HR administrative tasks, including employee records, compliance with labor laws, and coordination of HR policies and procedures. - Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance overall HR services and processes. Requirements: - Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the aerospace industry or related fields. - Strong understanding of technical terms and concepts in aerospace engineering. - Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
