Role: IT Recruiter Location: Madurai/Trichy/Coimbatore Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Yrs of exp: 8months - 1+Years Job Summary: As a Domestic IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified IT professionals for various technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to meet the talent acquisition needs and build a strong pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT positions (such as Software Developers, Network Engineers, Data Analysts, System Administrators, etc.). Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals) to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical and managerial teams. Negotiate job offers and assist candidates through the hiring process. Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to better understand the hiring needs of the business. Build and maintain relationships with top IT professionals in the industry. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably with experience recruiting for technical roles in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of various IT technologies and job titles. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. Experience with recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Understanding of IT certifications and qualifications is a plus. Show more Show less
