We are seeking an experienced TalentAcquisition Specialist to oversee and manage our recruiting processes, focusingon technical roles. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters, developeffective recruitment strategies, and ensure we attract and hire top talent. This position requires a highly skilled technical recruiter who canquickly understand requirements, conduct technical interviews, and placecandidates with the client and for internal roles.

5-8 years of Technical Recruitment likeJava, .NET Core / Full-stack, Azure DFT (mandatory), with a strong backgroundin technical recruitment and team management.
Proven experience in managing andmentoring a team of recruiters.
Strong sourcing skills with experience invarious recruitment channels and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities.
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Upwork(Desired), other social media recruitment (Desired)

Job Requirements

Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Posses goodunderstanding of technical roles and should be able to understand the requirementsand
Effectivedecision-making and problem-solving skills with close attention todetail.
Conduct initial screenings, assess technicaland cultural fit, and coordinate interviews.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipelinefor critical technology positions.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidateexperience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends, salarybenchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Time managementskills, ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals with a sense ofurgency. Ready to work under tight deadlines.
You willparticipate in everyday stand-ups, update on your daily task progress, highlightrisks, and suggest mitigation plans.
Lead, mentor, andguide a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance workenvironment. Provide direction and support to the team, setting clearperformance expectations and goals.
Manage full-cyclerecruiting for technical positions, including software engineers, datascientists, Architects, and other key roles. Leverage knowledge of technicalroles and requirements to source and screen qualified candidates effectively.
Experience workingin a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Develop andimplement recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire the best talentin the industry. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs anddevelop customized hiring plans.
Utilize varioussourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networkingevents, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Build and maintain apipeline of high-quality talent.
Collaborate withhiring managers and department leaders to ensure alignment on hiring needs andgoals. Provide regular updates and insights on recruiting metrics andperformance.
Continuouslyevaluate and improve the recruitment process, identifying bottlenecks,optimizing candidate experience, and implementing best practices.
