The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical roles. Daily tasks involve coordinating with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating the hiring process. The role requires a deep understanding of technical requirements and strong communication skills.
