About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Project Manager

to lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful delivery of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale IT/software projects in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple domains ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage cross-functional global teams including developers, QA, architects, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
Drive agile/scrum or hybrid methodologies as per project needs.
Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency in project delivery.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong background in IT project management (Software Development, ERP, Cloud, or Digital Transformation).
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle large-scale enterprise projects with distributed teams.
Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
Hands-on technical understanding in areas like Cloud (AWS/Azure), AI/ML, SaaS, or Enterprise Applications is a plus.
