Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Support demand creation and establish business substantiation value Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments
• Adherence to Alstom Digital Services project management cycle

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency)

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a multi-project environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the field of

  Augmented Reality (AR) /

  Virtual Reality (VR)

• Experience in the Software Application Development (

  Real-time 3D Application

  ) and SDLC
• Experience in understanding the Future Technology Roadmap and Develop Business Case
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications
• Experience working with senior executives and managing high-stakes projects
• Familiarity with project management tools
