Key Responsibilities

·      Lead multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed, agile squads.

·      Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and fostering high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid, quality releases.

·      Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear, actionable plans and delivery schedules.

·      Track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines to both internal leadership and external clients.

·      Proactively identify and remove risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.

·      Influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs, progress, and strategic choices.

·      Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

·      Manage client-facing relationships with national boards, leagues, and franchises to ensure thorough alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·      5–10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.

·      Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.

·      Deep expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies, with experience leading distributed and offshore teams.

·      Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholder priorities.

·      Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence technical and non-technical audiences alike.

·      Strong passion for sports, particularly cricket, is highly valued.
