Location : Hyderabad Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 2-3 years of experience in customer support or the BPO industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for CricClubs’ platform and services. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and development teams to improve the platform. Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or the BPO industry is a must. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages (Hindi) is a plus. • Experience in handling customer queries and troubleshooting software-related issues. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms. • Passion for cricket and knowledge of cricket league management is a plus. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
