Role Overview

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Caregiver Support

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and messages
  
• Assist customers with bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and service-related queries
  
• Support caregivers with onboarding, attendance, availability, and basic issues
  
• Provide clear and accurate information about CareOff services and processes
  

Service Coordination

• Coordinate with operations and field teams to resolve service concerns
  
• Update customer and caregiver records in CRM/ticketing systems
  
• Follow SOPs for issue resolution and escalation
  

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain service quality, politeness, and empathy in all interactions
  
• Document customer interactions and tickets accurately
  
• Follow company policies, data privacy rules, and service guidelines
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in customer support or service operations
  
• Experience in BPO, healthcare support, home services, or app-based platforms preferred
  
• Good communication skills in

  English, Hindi & Telugu

• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional with customers
  
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends
  

Preferred Candidates

• Experience in Zomato, Swiggy and Urban Company or similar service platforms
  
• Strong listening and problem-solving ability
  
• Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
