Job Description

As a Project Manager at Techdome, your role involves leading and executing projects from inception to completion. You will work with a team of experienced professionals, including technical experts and domain specialists, to develop innovative solutions that address clients" problems and help them succeed in the competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Execution: - Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives in consultation with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals. - Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for effective project execution. - Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines and budget constraints. - Oversee project activities, monitor progress, and take corrective action when necessary. - Resource Management: - Manage resource allocation and availability to optimize team members and external resources utilization. - Monitor and adjust resource plans as needed to meet project demands and maintain productivity. - Change Management: - Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively by utilizing appropriate verification techniques. - Document, communicate, and seek approval from relevant stakeholders for all changes. - Performance Measurement And Reporting: - Measure project performance using tools like JIRA and Microsoft Azure. - Generate regular project status reports highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues for management and stakeholders. - Client And Stakeholder Management: - Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met. - Implement risk management strategies and communicate project progress effectively. - Vendor Management: - Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to meet project requirements. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors ensuring favorable terms. - Documentation And Knowledge Management: - Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure information accessibility. - Record project plans, meeting minutes, change requests, and final project reports accurately. Qualifications Required: - Experience: - Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on technology-driven projects. - Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within scope. - Technical Background: - Strong technical background in software development, IT infrastructure, or related fields. - Experience in managing technical projects and understanding technical concepts and methodologies. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Azure, Trello, or Asana. - Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Resource Coordination: - Demonstrated experience in coordinating resources and third-party vendors. - Ability to manage and optimize resource allocation to meet project demands. - Change Management: - Proven ability to manage changes effectively and implement change control processes. - Performance Measurement: - Proficiency in using project management systems and tools to measure project performance. - Ability to generate insightful reports for stakeholders. - Client And Stakeholder Engagement: - Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and documentation. - Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Vendor Management: - Experience in establishing and sustaining relationships with third-party vendors. - Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor performance management. - Documentation And Knowledge Management: - Strong ability to maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Experience in implementing knowledge management practices.
