Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple healthcare IT projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other U.S. healthcare regulations
Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and engineering teams for seamless integration and deployment
Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–8 years of experience in technical project management
Strong command of
Agile
,
Scrum
, and
SDLC
methodologies
Proven experience managing projects in the
U.S. Healthcare domain
(EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in tools like
JIRA

Confluence

MS Project
, or similar
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred
