Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, cold calling, networking, and field visits
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Meet and exceed targets
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align on goals and strategies
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
High level of self-motivation and goal orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
