Job Title : Tele caller Real Estate Salary: Competitive + Incentives Note: Fresher are welcome Role & responsibility : Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to promote property sales. Present and demonstrate property features to prospective buyers through site visits and virtual tours. Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring profitable transactions for the company. Conduct market research to identify current trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for the Sales Manager. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to convert leads into sales. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the sales process and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
