Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and manage our showroom and field sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling client relationships, managing the showroom team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Ambience Lighting showroom.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Handle in-house showroom sales as well as field/project-based sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and retail customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and ensure timely order follow-ups.
• Coordinate with backend and logistics teams for smooth delivery and installation.
• Monitor stock levels, display arrangements, and ensure the showroom’s visual appeal.
• Report sales performance, pipeline, and daily activities to senior management.

Requirements:

• Graduate/ MBA / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably in electrical, lighting, or home décor industry).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage both indoor and outdoor sales operations.
• Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
