This role is central to managing complex global integrations between payroll platforms and broader HR systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across regions.
As an individual contributor, you will work closely with HR Digital Services, HR Services, and regional digital stakeholders, You will play a key role in delivering strategic HR transformation initiatives, aligning regional execution with global program goals. Experience(in years) : 7 Qualification : Graduate Skill Set Required : Mandatory experience in managing HR transformation programs, ideally in a global or regional capacity. Proven track record of delivering digital payroll or HRIS projects with a strong emphasis on system integrations. Good understanding of European payroll regulations and operational practices. Technical proficiency in payroll and HR platforms (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar). Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent in English additional European languages are a plus.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

SAP BTP-IS experience:

Experience working with SAP Integration Suite of SAP BTP cockpit

Extensive exp in integrating SAP On-Premises system with On-Cloud Application and vice-versa

Created custom integration flows based on requirements - implemented Cloud to On premise, Cloud to Cloud Integrations

Experience Integration Processes from Scratch with exception handling

Experience in Configured Cloud connector for any inbound communication with ERP from CPI

Experience in JSON and XML conversions, Groovy Script, content modifier, request reply, multicast, router, process call, Local integration process, exception sub process, encoding etc.

Used Message Mapping and Content Modifier for transformations

Mapping – used Graphical Mapping, UDFs based on Groovy Script

Have knowledge on XSLT coding

Used Splitter, Gather and Join, Configured pre-package content in SAP CPI

Experience in Groovy Script, content modifier, request reply, multicast, router, process call, Local integration process, and exception sub process, etc.

SAP BTP-IS - Defining and designing iFlows and designing interfaces using connectors like SFTP, JMS, Process call, HTTPS/HTTP, SOAP, XI, IDOC, JDBC, AWS, ODATA, Open Connectors.

Well versed in implementing Basic authentication, certificate-based authentication and oauth based authentication

Experience in TPM, IA (MIG and MAG) configuration for B2B communication

Responsible for Troubleshooting issues in message flow, determining the problems related to Middleware SAP PO configurations, Data related issues, mapping specific logical issues. Deliver new and complex high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements

Experience in deployment and monitoring of the scheduled process and certificates

Technical Experience:

SAP-BTP Int Suite 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred
