About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and manipulate Salesforce data using Data Loader and Workbench for imports, exports, updates, and deletions.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, array formulas).
  • Maintain and enhance Microsoft Access databases for data integration and reporting.
  • Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to support data migration, transformation, and synchronization across systems.
  • Utilize AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda) for cloud-based data processing and storage.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support data governance, compliance, and documentation efforts.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.

Expertise Required:
  • Salesforce Tools: Proficient in Data Loader and Workbench for data operations.
  • ETL Tools: Hands-on experience with ETL platforms such as Talend, Informatica, or Apache NiFi.
  • AWS: Working knowledge of AWS data services like S3, Redshift, Glue, and Lambda.
  • Microsoft Access: Experience in managing Access databases for reporting and data manipulation.
  • Excel: Strong command of Excel, including complex formulas, data cleaning, and automation.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator or Data Architecture certification. Experience with SQL and scripting languages like Python or Shell. Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
