Role
As a Technical Program Manager on the Digital Success Product Team, you’ll play a critical role in driving the execution of programs that help customers get more value from Salesforce—faster, smarter, and with less friction. You’ll support cross-functional delivery across all four product pods on the team:Issue Resolution – enabling faster support through scalable self-service and AISuccess Guidance – driving adoption, onboarding, and value realizationCore Capabilities – delivering shared systems, tooling, and technical foundationsOutbound Product Management – managing go-to-market and customer-facing readinessYou’ll bring clarity and structure to fast-moving programs by aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Research, and Business stakeholders around clear priorities and execution plans. Whether delivering a new Agentforce capability or coordinating a cross-pod release, you’ll be the glue that keeps people connected and progress moving.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, enjoys working across multiple domains, and is energized by turning strategy into shipped outcomes.What You'll Do
- Lead program execution across multiple product areas, supporting initiatives from concept to delivery
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define priorities, manage roadmaps, and align milestones
- Facilitate strong operating rhythms across pods, including sprint planning, standups, retros, and integrated release reviews
- Track and manage dependencies across pods and partner teams
- Maintain clear documentation and program artifacts (e.g., timelines, risk logs, decisions, dependency trackers)
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders with clarity and consistency
- Help optimize team processes, tools, and collaboration models to scale delivery across the team
What You'll Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in technical program management or related roles
- Strong program coordination and project tracking experience in agile or hybrid environments
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage timelines, surface risks, and resolve blockers across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Proficiency with tools like Asana, Jira, and Confluence for program tracking and collaboration
- A team-oriented, proactive mindset with a focus on enabling others to succeed
- What Will Help You Stand Out
- Familiarity with Salesforce internal systems like GUS (Global Unified System)
- Experience working across multiple product domains simultaneously
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Experience with digital success, in-app guidance, AI agents, or support tooling
- Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Comfort working in a matrixed team environment with shifting priorities and fast-moving goals
