This role will work closelywith product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate businessneeds into actionable product requirements for AI-powered decision agents, data platformcapabilities, and predictive analytics features.As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience with enterprise software productdevelopment in a fast-paced environment, focusing on emerging technologies that driveautomation, insight generation, and operational efficiency for our customers.Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs in the
context of Agentic AI, data integration, and predictive analytics.
- Translate product vision into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and
technical requirements.
- Partner with engineering teams to refine backlog items, ensure alignment with
architecture standards, and support sprint planning.
- Contribute to the design of data models, APIs, and workflows that enable advanced
analytics and AI-driven recommendations.
- Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for new features, ensuring they deliver
measurable business value.
- Participate in product discovery sessions, competitive analysis, and customer
feedback reviews.
- Support roadmap planning with research on industry trends, emerging AI/ML
technologies, and logistics domain applications.
- Create documentation and artifacts to support product releases, demos, and
stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data
Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related
field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in AI, data engineering,
and predictive analytics.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements for
development teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to work in a collaborative, agile
environment.
Preferred
- MBA or business experience with financial reporting
- Exposure to machine learning concepts, agentic AI frameworks, or data pipeline
technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka).
- Familiarity with API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or data
visualization tools.
- Interest in supply chain, logistics, or transportation software.
