We are a global leader in the supply chain execution market, focused on accelerating the transformation of digital supply chain for industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers by combining best-in-class solutions for challenges tied to yard management, shipment visibility, and asset management, across rail, truck, and multi-mode transportation. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for web applications using modern UI technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues. Optimize application performance to ensure responsiveness and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI and Java technologies, trends, and best practices. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Java technologies. Strong understanding of Java programming language, J2EE, Spring framework, and other Java-based technologies. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services. Knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
