Job Title: Technical Project Manager – AI & Emerging Technologies

About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business outcomes. This role demands someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands software development lifecycles in depth, and can manage complex AI or data-driven projects end-to-end — from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage AI, ML, and emerging technology projects through full SDLC phases — from requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, to maintenance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders to translate business goals into technical deliverables.

Define and track project milestones, scope, and timelines using Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.

Ensure technical feasibility and adherence to architectural standards, coding practices, and quality benchmarks.

dentify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively.

Maintain transparency on project health through progress reports, dashboards, and metrics.

Drive alignment between technical and business teams, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

5–7 years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably in AI, data engineering, or software product development environments.

Deep understanding of SDLC models, DevOps pipelines, and Agile–Scrum methodologies.

Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data workflows, or cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong technical acumen to review solution designs, architecture decisions, and model deployment strategies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Understanding in Python, Node.js, React, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, HTML and JavaScript

Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Azure DevOps).

Certifications like PMP, CSM, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are a plus.

Nice to Have

Exposure to LLMs, GenAI applications, or MLOps practices.

Understanding of API-based system integration, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or microservices.

Prior experience leading innovation or R&D initiatives in emerging tech.
