Job Description

You will be responsible for managing daily operations at the site. You will be accountable for ensuring that all technical services are as per client s requirements. All electromechanical operations and their repair and maintenance will be in your purview. You would be managing the following:
  • Oversee all technical operations related to building maintenance (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems).
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate inspections, repairs, and upgrades of building systems.
  • Ensure all equipment and systems are operating efficiently and safely.
Plan and manage technical projects (e.g., refurbishments, renovations, system upgrades).
Prepare project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
Select, manage, and evaluate contractors and vendors.
Ensure work is completed according to specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate certifications and inspections (e.g., fire safety, elevators, water treatment).
  • Maintain documentation for all statutory compliance and regulatory reporting.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance and CapEx (capital expenditure) budgets.
  • Track technical operational expenses and optimize costs.
  • Evaluate and implement energy-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain an asset register and oversee lifecycle management of equipment and infrastructure.
  • Monitor performance and suggest replacement or upgrades for aging assets.
  • Support long-term planning for property improvements and system modernization.
  • Lead and manage in-house technical staff and engineers.
  • Schedule and supervise daily maintenance activities.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for technical teams.
  • Respond to technical-related tenant issues and coordinate resolution.
  • Communicate planned maintenance schedules or disruptions to tenants.
  • Provide technical advice to property managers, asset managers, and landlords.
