The Technical Lead will guide a team of developers, ensuring code quality, technical innovation, and efficient development processes. In addition to technical leadership, this role will require strong project management and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and deliver projects on time. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience. The candidate must have a customer-first mindset, strong development capabilities. The role requires a candidate who has excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for working with teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (Master’s/certifications preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in software development for web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue), PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin.
• Hands-on with frameworks/CMS (e.g., WordPress, Laravel, Django, React Native), Git, Jenkins, Docker.
• Strong backend knowledge: REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in mobile app development and deployment (App Store, Google Play).
• Skilled in scalable architecture design, performance optimization, and maintainability.
• Project management experience; Agile/Scrum familiarity is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and data protection.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and UI/UX collaboration.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and state management tools.
