Technical Manager – Valuation

This role involves overseeing day-to-day technical valuation operations, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of property valuation reports, managing vendor networks, and supporting client and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Valuation & Reporting

• Review and verify property valuations for residential, commercial, and SME segments.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of valuation reports within defined TAT.
• Maintain compliance with local bylaws, bank guidelines, and internal quality standards.
• Handle select high-value and complex valuation cases when required.
  

2. Valuation Retainer Network Coordination

• Coordinate with empaneled valuation engineers for case assignments and report submissions.
• Track vendor performance, quality scores, and turnaround time.
• Support vendor billing and payment verification processes.
  

3. Loan Case Management

• Manage technical evaluations for loan cases such as Home Loans, LAP, MSME, and Project Finance.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with partner bank policies.
  

4. Client Interaction & Service Delivery

• Liaise with client teams for clarifications, report requirements, and issue resolution.
• Gather feedback to improve quality and strengthen client relationships.
  

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Adhere to all internal, client, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update MIS dashboards to track progress, quality, and productivity metrics.
  

6. Team Coordination & Training

• Guide and support valuation executives and coordinators in daily operations.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure process alignment.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience

  in property valuation or technical assessment.
• Prior experience managing valuation teams or vendor network
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant valuation tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluency in

  English and Telugu

  (read, write, and speak) is essential.
