Role Overview: As part of the EMEA COE Finance India team, this role supports global finance teams (EMEA, APAC, USA) in enhancing FP&A capabilities. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and presenting fund-level valuations and reports for real estate investments and debt securities Conducting monthly/quarterly financial analysis (e.g., net debt, FX impact, benchmarking) Performing variance analysis and investigating key trends Supporting fund regulatory reporting and finance operations, including LLP administration Coordinating reporting between onshore/offshore teams to ensure data accuracy Driving process efficiencies and supporting ad-hoc business initiatives Skills & Experience: Masters in Finance, Banking, or Mathematics preferred Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Solid understanding of financial statements; valuation/reporting experience is a plus CFA or derivatives knowledge is a bonus Organized, deadline-oriented, and self-motivated Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview This individual will be a member of the India Finance team. Working closely with Finance teams in EMEA, APAC and USA and, they will play an important role developing the FP&A function to support firm growth and be responsible for: Prepare and present fund level quarterly valuations of real estate investments and debt securities Responsible for the preparation and reviewing of fund valuation related projects including quarterly reporting, MTM Impact analysis, Net Debt Analysis, Solvency Analysis etc. Conduct analysis to identify key trends, investigate unusual items, and provide variance analysis with explanations to stakeholders. Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries Oversee co-ordination and submission of quarterly reporting with onshore and offshore teams ensuring the accuracy of the data Provide guidance, training and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge Continuously seek to create operational efficiencies and reporting enhancements Ad-hoc projects in support of the firms businesses/new initiatives Essential Skills & Experience: Masters degree Major/Minor in Finance, Banking or Mathematics is a plus Proficient clarity basics of Financial statements Previous background within a valuation or reporting role is a plus CFA designation and knowledge on derivatives is a plus Highly proficient in Advance Excel & Powerpoint skills; experience with Anaplan or Tableau is a plus Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a detail orientation Highly organized and able to prioritize deliverables and meet demanding deadlines in a fast paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Highly self motivated with ability to work independently and work effectively in a team Collaborative and able to build strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing assignments with limited supervision

Key Responsibilities: 1. About the Team: - The team is responsible for managing all the reporting activities to the Senior Management, Limited Partners, and other regulatory reporting. The role will require working closely with the Investor Product Strategy and Valuations team in New York. It has 3 major functions: - 1. Data Collection & Governance: - Collecting the required data from the Portfolio companies, scrubbing the data, and uploading the same to the firms portfolio monitoring system. 2. Data Reporting: - Majorly responsible for the regular reporting needs of the LPs, Sr. Mgmt., etc. 3. Data Analysis: - Handle any substantive analytics and ad-hoc requests. Key Responsibilities: - • Develop a good understanding of the investment strategies for Private Equity, Tactical Opportunity, Life Sciences, Infra, Energy, and Growth funds. • Review the reporting packages like Fund Track Records, Deal Attributes, Valuation Bridges, Portfolio Summaries, etc. • Review the below quarterly activities by adhering to the deadlines: - New and ongoing Due Diligence Questionnaires. LP Requests, Valuation Memos, and Other quarterly Presentation Materials/Reports. Qvidian library upload and maintenance. • Run monthly/quarterly reports for LPs (Memos, Bridges, One-Pagers, etc.), Corporates (DRPs, SOX reports, Publics Schedule, etc.) & Internal stakeholders (KPI Dashboards, Portfolio Watchlist, Valuation Summaries, etc.) • Gross and Net cashflow reporting across all the funds. • Preparing Ad-Hoc reports/dashboards as per managements requirement. • Monitoring the deal portfolio through data collection and reconciliation. • Calculation of fund performance metrics like IRR, MOIC, etc. • Preparing the process documentation and creation of SOPs. • Identify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects. Desired Candidate Profile: - • Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in various private equity concepts, fee structures, and performing end-to-end business valuations. • Basic conceptual knowledge of various valuation techniques like DCFs, Comparable Company Analysis, etc. • Should have very good working knowledge of Answering Due Diligence Questionnaires and Other Fund/Investment level reporting like Valuation reporting, LP reporting. • Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word). • Experience in iLevel, 73Strings, Tableau, Snowflake or any data reporting/analysis software is advantageous. • The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines. • The profile involves effective communication across clients facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must. • A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities 1. Operational & Technical Management: Manage and supervise valuation assignments across real estate, plant & machinery, and other asset classes. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of valuation reports with applicable standards. Review and sign-off reports before client submission. Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) and service-level agreements. 2. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of valuation professionals and support staff. Conduct regular training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and performance reviews. Allocate resources and assignments efficiently to ensure balanced workloads. 3. Business Development & Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, legal firms, corporates, and developers. Drive branch revenue through new business acquisition and cross-selling. Handle client escalations and ensure high client satisfaction. 4. Complience & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI, SEBI), and professional standards. Implement risk mitigation measures related to valuations and reporting. 5. Reporting & Coordination: Provide regular MIS and operational reports to the Accounts management. Coordinate with cross-functional departments. Location: This role is based in Tamil Nadu (Chennai/ Madurai). Salary: No bar for the right candidate Qualification & Education: 1. Bachelors/Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Valuation, or related field. 2. Minimum 5- 15 years of experience in the valuation industry with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role. 3. Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, property markets, and regulatory frameworks. 4. Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Preferred candidate profile 1. Lead and manage the technical valuation operations within the designated zone. 2. Oversee the appraisal and assessment of retail properties and property mortgage. 3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. 4. Train and evaluate the proficiency levels of the team on a regular basis. 5. Maintain TAT targets for the technical evaluation process. 6. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives. 7. Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of valuation accuracy. 8. Maintain an MIS related to the technical evaluation. 9. Handle complex valuation cases and provide recommendations as necessary. 10. Monitor handling of fraud cases on the technical front i.e. identification, handling, reporting and facilitating closure as per the action decided. 11. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in valuation methodologies.
