What You'll Do:

  Lead & Mentor:

  Guide a high-performing team of .NET engineers, taking full ownership of project delivery, quality, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

  Engage Stakeholders:

  Serve as the key technical partner for our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and building strong, collaborative relationships.

  Drive Agile Excellence:

  Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies across the full SDLC, proactively manage risks, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
• 📊

  Measure What Matters:

  Define, track, and analyze key metrics (SLA, team velocity, etc.) to drive continuous improvement and provide transparent reporting on progress.
• ☁️

  Champion Cloud & DevOps:

  Oversee the development of robust, scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure and collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

What You Bring:

• 9+ years

  of professional software development experience, with at least

  3+ years

  in a technical leadership or people management role.
• Proven,

  hands-on expertise

  in the Microsoft stack:

  C#, .NET, and .NET Core

  .
• Strong practical experience with

  Microsoft Azure

  services (e.g., App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps).
• Deep understanding of

  Agile methodologies

  , the SDLC, and effective risk management.
• Exceptional skills in

• Proficiency with project management tools like
