About the Role: Technical Lead

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Tech Lead

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development from design to deployment.
Own features, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, and Ops).
Architect scalable solutions using Node.js, Vue.js, MySQL, and Redis.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS and GCP.
Implement and promote best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
Guide and mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure team growth.
Drive Agile/Scrum processes and ensure smooth sprint delivery.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong expertise in
Node.js
and
Vue.js
. Hands on with
AdonisJS/MVC Architecture
experience is a big plus.
Solid experience with
MySQL
and
Redis
.
Hands-on with
AWS
and
GCP
cloud platforms.
Proven track record of
product development
and
feature ownership
.
Strong understanding of the
Scrum framework
and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead by example.

Bonus / Nice to Have

Experience with
AdonisJS
framework (a big plus).
Prior startup or SaaS product experience.
Exposure to
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
and
Generative AI
projects.
