Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for daily HR management and HR operations, fostering employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The role requires managing various aspects of human resources to ensure a productive and positive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
