Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of

  developers, designers, and QA engineers

  to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Define

  best practices, coding standards, and development workflows

• Conduct

Architecture & Development

Compensation

• Mid-Level Technical Lead:

  ₹12 LPA – ₹18 LPA

• Senior Technical Lead:

  ₹18 LPA – ₹30+ LPA (based on expertise and leadership experience)
