Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of platforms (Sbzee app & upcoming products)

• Manage the tech team (backend, frontend, app, UI/UX) and ensure timely delivery

• Collaborate with founders on product roadmap & scalability strategies

• Ensure security, performance, and reliability of all platforms

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in software development with at least 2–3 years as a lead

• Hands-on expertise in Node.js, React/Next.js, Flutter, AWS, MongoDB

• Strong background in scalable architectures, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud infra

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-impact products
