• Oversee daily on-ground operations for Sbzee’s delivery ecosystem
• Manage vendor/supplier relations and ensure supply chain efficiency
• Develop SOPs and monitor execution for seamless delivery experience
• Train, manage & lead ops executives and field staff
• Work closely with tech team to implement operational insights
• 5–8 years in operations, preferably in grocery, food delivery, or supply chain
• Strong leadership & people management skills
• Experience in process optimization and scaling operations
• Data-driven approach with hands-on problem-solving attitude
