Digital Marketing – Paid Campaign Manager (GEO, SEO Google Ads)

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/ASO

• Drive 

  customer acquisition, retention & engagement

   through paid & organic strategies.
• Conduct 

  competitor research & market analysis

   to identify new growth opportunities.
• Measure, analyze & report 

  campaign ROI, CPC, CPA, and ROAS

   with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with 

  design, content & product teams

   to build high-converting creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
• Scale 

  app installs, user engagement & retention

   via targeted campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest 

  digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms

   to ensure performance excellence.

• Experience:

   3–6 years in 

  performance marketing

  , preferably in 

  e-commerce / quick commerce / grocery / consumer apps

  .
• Hands-on expertise in 

  SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO)

  .
• Proven track record in managing & scaling 

  paid campaigns (Google & Meta)

   with measurable success.
• Strong 

  analytical & data-driven mindset

   with experience in CPC, CPA, ROAS optimization.
• Experience in 

  scaling mobile app installs & engagement campaigns

   is a must.
• Ability to thrive in a 

  fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
