Measure, analyze & report campaign ROI, CPC, CPA, and ROAS with actionable insights. Collaborate with design, content & product teams to build high-converting creatives, landing pages, and funnels. Scale app installs, user engagement & retention via targeted campaigns. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure performance excellence. Requirements Experience: 3–6 years in performance marketing , preferably in e-commerce / quick commerce / grocery / consumer apps . Hands-on expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO) . Proven track record in managing & scaling paid campaigns (Google & Meta) with measurable success. Strong analytical & data-driven mindset with experience in CPC, CPA, ROAS optimization. Experience in scaling mobile app installs & engagement campaigns is a must. Responsibilities Assist the Founders and Senior Leadership in daily coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups. Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and internal communications.
