Technical Lead

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to guide technical direction, ensure engineering best practices, and lead the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The role involves hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, architecture decisions, API development, and database schema design
• Ensure best practices across coding, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization
• Understand business requirements, break down Epics into user stories, and support sprint planning
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Project Managers
• Respond to technical queries from clients and internal teams via Slack, Email, and ticketing systems
• Write high-quality code in Node.js and React.js and perform thorough code reviews
• Manage GitHub releases, tags, pull requests, and rollback operations
• Coordinate with client teams, vendors, and internal groups for smooth delivery and deployment
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation on Confluence
• Mentor team members and drive improvements in engineering processes and product quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on work in Node.js and React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL database
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and architectural design skill
• Experience leading engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
• Experience with NoSQL, WebSockets, testing frameworks, and observability tools like Signoz
