Essential Skills and Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Familiarity with other RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, OpenSpan, or WorkFusion.

• Proven experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder management.

• Strong analytical, solution thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in managing globally distributed teams and working under tight deadlines.
