Presales Solution Architect

As a Presales Solution Architect at our company, you will play a strategic role in guiding clients through the transformation of legacy systems into modern, scalable digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include blending deep technical expertise with business acumen and client engagement skills to drive successful digital modernization initiatives. You will be expected to provide leadership across delivery, solutioning, staffing, and financials, with a strong emphasis on hands-on technical capabilities when needed. This role is best suited for individuals who excel in greenfield environments, are comfortable with minimal direction, and can independently define and drive digital solutions from concept to execution. Ideally, you will have experience within the banking and financial services industry, as the position involves working with clients in regulated environments that demand high standards of security, compliance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to define digital transformation goals, designing scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms, guiding development teams across front-end and back-end technologies, leading technical solutioning during pre-sales, and ensuring that digital solutions meet regulatory, security, and governance standards. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience in digital transformation, solution architecture, and FullStack development. You should have a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, API design, and DevOps practices, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives across digital platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to work independently on greenfield projects and deliver high-impact solutions. Preferred skills for this role include experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms, proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, Node.js, Java/.NET, and cloud-native services, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and agile delivery models, and exposure to digital domains such as eCommerce, customer experience platforms, or mobile-first applications. Ideally, you will have 15+ years of experience in digital solutioning, architecture, and engineering, along with strong pre-sales and client-facing solutioning experience.
