Digital Solutions Partner - Solution Architect

As a Digital Solutions Partner, your primary responsibility will involve guiding clients through the transformation of legacy systems into modern, scalable digital platforms. You will utilize your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and client engagement skills to drive successful digital modernization initiatives. Leadership across delivery, solutioning, staffing, and financials will be key aspects of your role, with a particular emphasis on hands-on technical capabilities when necessary. This position is well-suited for individuals who excel in greenfield environments, are self-directed, and possess the ability to independently conceptualize and execute digital solutions. Experience within the banking and financial services industry is preferred, as you will be working with clients in regulated environments that prioritize security, compliance, and performance standards. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to define digital transformation goals, designing scalable and secure digital solutions, providing leadership across front-end and back-end technologies, leading technical solutioning during pre-sales, and ensuring that digital solutions meet regulatory and governance standards. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience in digital transformation, solution architecture, and FullStack development. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, API design, and DevOps practices is essential, as is the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives. Preferred skills for this position include experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms, proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, Node.js, Java/.NET, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and agile delivery models. Exposure to digital domains such as eCommerce, customer experience platforms, or mobile-first applications will be advantageous. Ideally, you should have 15+ years of experience in digital solutioning, architecture, and engineering, with a strong background in pre-sales and client-facing solutioning. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills are crucial for success in this role.,
