Experience within the banking and financial services industry is preferred, as you will be working with clients in regulated environments that prioritize security, compliance, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating with stakeholders to define digital transformation goals. - Designing scalable and secure digital solutions. - Providing leadership across front-end and back-end technologies. - Leading technical solutioning during pre-sales. - Ensuring that digital solutions meet regulatory and governance standards. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital transformation, solution architecture, and FullStack development. - Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, API design, and DevOps practices. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives. - Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, Node.js, Java/.NET. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and agile delivery models. - Exposure to digital domains such as eCommerce, customer experience platforms, or mobile-first applications. Additional Details: Ideally, you should have 15+ years of experience in digital solutioning, architecture, and engineering, with a strong background in pre-sales and client-facing solutioning.
