Role Overview

Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• Take hands-on ownership of complex coding tasks in

  JavaScript

  and

  functional programming

  .
• Drive architecture and design discussions for scalable and efficient solutions.
• Implement and oversee

  CI/CD pipelines

  (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Manage

  Git repositories

  including branching strategies, pull requests, merges, and conflict resolution.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and maintain best practices across the team.
• Integrate

  React.js

  components with

  WebSockets

  for real-time functionality.
• Write and optimize

  SQL queries

  for efficient database interactions.
• Explore and leverage

  AI-assisted development tools

  (e.g., Cursor.ai) to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to align on project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience

  leading software engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript

  and

  functional programming concepts

• Expertise in

  React.js

  and

  WebSocket integration

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  SQL databases

  and query optimization.
• Proven experience in

  CI/CD pipelines
