Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 11 years of experience, located in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring, SQL, J2EE technologies, RDBMS, and data modeling.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement scalable software applications using Java and J2EE technologies.
Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, SQL, J2EE technologies, RDBMS, and data modeling.
Experience with the implementation of Java/J2EE design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
